Special Educational Needs And/Or Disabilities (SEND)
At Market Rasen Church of England Primary School we are used to supporting children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. Pupils with Special Needs usually follow the same curriculum as everyone else however adaptions are sometimes made to enable them to make excellent proogress from their starting point. These adaptations may be adult support, pre learning, over learning, precision teaching, different recording methods or intervention.
When children access intervention, on rare occasions, this may take them away from other learning. The statement below outlines our rationale for this.
